We at www.fauxncotton.com believe on loyalty and long term enduring relationship with our valuable customers. This is the motivation behind why we have exceptionally solid and client amicable 25 days return and exchange policy. We are available round the clock to help our clients to pick the right size for them. We also recommend our customers to double check their measurements through email.

Following are the most important clauses just make sure you remember below points while returning our products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods to our warehouse within 25 days of receiving it.

Discounted items and Items on SALE are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

Return will not be accepted if the buyer choose the wrong size. However we always double confirm the measurements from the buyer after placing an order.

Damaged item shall not be entertained for return and exchange.

Return and exchange may only be acknowledged if the items are returned at the address gave by the FNC client bolster delegate.

However if a custom made item has to be altered, we could do it for FREE if buyer pays for both way shipping charges. This doesn't apply for discounted/promotional items or items on grand sale.

During a promotional period, the cost of shipping may not be refunded unless a faulty item is sent out.

Cost of shipping would not be refunded in case of mind change or wrong size selection or shipping cost would have to be paid by the buyer which is between $25 to $50 according to the location of the buyer in the world even if they shipping is free for the item.
